Testimonials

In my years on Maui as a builder, I worked with Fred on multiple projects, including my own house and cottage in upcountry Maui. One was featured on the front page of the Mansion section of the Wall Street Journal. One of Fred’s most impressive attributes is his ability to incorporate the client’s design ideas while making sure the finished home functions as beautifully as it looks. I would highly recommend Fred to any client looking for a very talented team player.

 BW / Owyhee Construction

“The Board was impressed by Mr. Loesberg’s record of successful projects completed over a 25 year period on Maui- including several complex renovations-which required knowledge and experience with building technology, codes and life-safety issues and the various County of Maui agencies having jurisdiction over the project. I was very impressed with Mr. Loesberg’s knowledge, professionalism, and design skills throughout the design and construction process.”

D & P / Northshore Addition

“Fred succeeded in modernizing the facility while restoring the original plantation era charm. The project also finished slightly under budget. What impressed me about Fred was his calm demeanor and patience throughout the entire process. He is a true professional, works well with others and maintains a positive attitude at all times.”

R.G. General Manager / Maui Country Club Renovation

“What stood out was of course his professionalism and calm demeanor, but most of all his ability to listen to my wish list of the space and if some things weren’t going to work he could definitely come up with a solution that would make me happy. He was easy to work with and very informative.”

M.V. / Dental Office Tenant Improvement

“Fred remotely guided us through the design process, contractor selection, permits, and managed construction, all while we lived and worked on the mainland. We felt like he had our best interest at heart. After hearing many horror stories about designing and building a home, we were pleased and surprised that the whole process was relatively stress free and uncomplicated.”
